The Trans Rockies Challenge is a 600km mountain bike race with climbs totalling more than 12,000 meters over the Canadian Rockies. Days in the saddle will vary from 5-plus hours to 11 hours. This all takes place at an average altitude of 5000ft giving you approx 17% less oxygen to breath, and tempetures ranging from -2 to +40 celsius.
The Transrockies Challenge is known as one of the toughest mountain bike races in the world!
